Reporting to the Manager, the Sales Consultant, provides unparalleled service to personalize the shopping experience of each client. This person will have to optimize sales, while sharing his knowledge of fashion design and the latest Ema & Carla trends and collections.
Offer a personalized customer service;
Perform sales transactions (POS);
Achieve personal sales goals
Be an inspiration to your colleagues and the entire team;
Ensure visual merchandising: restocking, storage, manikin;
Communicate promotions and responsible for label changes;
Follow all sales procedures, policies and guidelines to prevent loss and ensure store security;
